PT Expansion Example

In this section we will demonstrate the use of the PT Expansion module to refine the IB analysis of a projectile using experimental data.

The goals of this section are to demonstrate how to:

Open the PT Expansion Analysis
Review and populate program inputs
Conduct a "baseline" run
Enter test Results and set matching parameters
Conduct a "matching" run
Interpret results

If you would like to follow along with the example, the projectile file used in the example is available to you as: ProdasV3\ProjectileData\Examples\PT Exp\PT Exp_M791.pr3 and a data file containing experimental Pressure vs. Time data is available as: ProdasV3\ProjectileData\Examples\PT Exp\PT_Data.xls

Open the example projectile now if you intend to follow along with the example.

P-T expansion is a fully integrated PRODAS module. Most of the inputs and outputs are shared with other PRODAS modules.
